The weaving unit houses European made airjet and rapier looms from PICANOL and NUOVO PIGNONE, with an optimum capacity of 2 lakh metres of high quality woven fabric per month.
Our latest THEMA SUPER EXCEL machines from SOMET with Stäubli jacquard bring the features, flexibility and dynamism today's weaving industry demands.
Specialised machinery for manufacturing corduroy & velveteen. The floats of the uncut fabric run through the cutting machines once for widely spaced ribs and twice for closely set ribs.
After cutting, the fabric is singed and brushed to produce an even-ribbed finish.
With a capacity of 2 lakh metres per month, finished fabric is tested to AATCC and ISO standards. All auxiliaries and dyes are AZO-free and PCP-free. Working width ranges from 1150 mm to 1650 mm.
Our laboratory, with colour matching cabinet, steamer, IR dyeing machine and 2-bowl vertical padding mangle, gives a consistent, true-to-design outcome.
Inspection & packing
Our in-house inspection team ensures that finished goods are predominantly free of defects, meet the customer's requirements and comply with the American 4-point inspection system.
Fabrics are packed in either roll form or bale form, as per the specific needs of the customer.
